1:19pm - Piquette Plant, Detroit

By now the on-again, off-again lake effect snow was  starting up and I realized I would be bringing the trip to a quick close. But not before finding the last location I shot in 2004: an "out of service" fire hydrant, which at that time had a meager jet of  water streaming from its side. Today, in agreement with the "out of service" sign... the hydrant was quite... without water.
